Dream makers Children’s Charity was founded in 1987 by Juney walsh and Gavin Prime and registered in 1995, over the last three decades have granted thousands of special requests from across the UK.

Dream Makers focus is to help as many children as possible to fulfil their dream of taking a holiday here in the UK, so with this in mind we invite you to look at our application form and if you meet the requirements for a holiday please download and send your form via email to the address provided.

We are only in a financial position to offer our holiday homes in Torquay and do not have funding for other requests at this time, this may change in the future, we offer the homes to disabled, terminally ill, underprivileged, and special needs children with their family/carer……

We do not always advertise the dreams we have granted as we feel a little privacy in amongst all the treatment and upheaval in one’s life is in some circumstances enough to deal with.

We feel that every child deserves a respite holiday whatever their needs in some cases it will make an incredible difference to their ongoing wellbeing and we hope for many more years to come, to continue with your support, granting their holiday wishes.

The homes offer a walk-in shower, hoists, and full wheelchair access.

However, as you can probably imagine all these requests need ongoing funds and although we aim to support everyone that requests a holiday to be made, it is not possible without your financial assistance, are you a dream maker is there anything you could do to help make a child’s dream come true and help us to make special memories?

It is with regret that Dream makers now ask for £100.00 non-refundable deposit to cover the immediate expenses incurred for the weeks holiday (gas electric cleaning). Consideration will be given in certain circumstances.
